      Role Summary
 Maintenance Mechanic Nights at Perrigo (Eau Claire, WI) working the Nights Shift (6pm - 6am ET) on a biweekly 2/2/3 schedule. Full-time, non-exempt, unionized position with starting pay of $35.00 per hour plus $2.00 shift premium; comprehensive benefits package available.
 Responsibilities
 
 - Provide preventative and corrective maintenance support by troubleshooting and repairing sanitary equipment, product sterilizing equipment, packaging equipment, utility equipment, process equipment, spray dryer, controls, and instrumentation; apply working knowledge of PLCs.
 
 - Apply working knowledge of product sterilizing equipment, high-speed packaging equipment, HVAC, high-pressure boilers, process chillers.
 
 - Apply working knowledge of three-phase electrical power and industrial control.
 
 - Accurately use SAP/AMM and organize and lead project tasks as assigned by TA.
 
 - Follow plant safety rules and report incidents and unsafe conditions; follow factory safety and environmental objectives and targets.
 
 - Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Safety & Environmental Management Systems for related procedures and programs.
 
 - Utilities area: boiler experience preferred.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Required: 1+ year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) or equivalent training/education; high school diploma or GED.
 
 - Preferred: Associate degree in Automation Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field; OR 3+ years related work experience in lieu of a degree; 2-3 years in a regulated manufacturing environment (Food, Bev, Pharma, CPG, etc.).
 
 - Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task; computer skills; willingness to work off shifts and overtime; improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities; reliable attendance; good oral and written communication skills; forklift experience.

 - Ability to lift up to 55 lbs; occasional overhead lifting up to 30 lbs; ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
