Maintenance Manager

Role: Maintenance Manager overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities at a nuclear isotope production facility, including testing, repairs, and calibrations. Responsibilities: develop and implement maintenance strategies, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with construction, testing, and operations teams, lead and develop a technical staff, and manage budget and policies. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or technical field, 8+ years in nuclear or NRC/DOE-regulated environment, 3+ years supervisory experience, strong nuclear technology understanding, excellent communication and safety skills. Preferred: experience in nuclear facility engineering, operations, or maintenance, and shift work ability.
