Role: Maintenance Lead supporting the MTO ASPEX team in Fort Worth, TX, overseeing maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily maintenance activities across craft specialties, providing training and guidance to technicians, leading Tier I meetings, ensuring equipment reliability through Job Plan and critical spare parts assessments, executing engineering change orders, and managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, leading investigation of non-conformances and CAPAs, managing spare parts inventory via WESCO programs, and maintaining 5S standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience; ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English; on-site work; 6pm-6am shift schedule (4 days on/off); minimal travel (0-10%). Preferred: experience in manufacturing or biopharma environments, familiarity with GMP practices, and exposure to automated manufacturing systems.
