Maintenance Equipment Supervisor

Role: Maintenance Equipment Supervisor overseeing equipment reliability and compliance in an animal health manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: lead maintenance and calibration teams, implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure USDA and GMP regulatory compliance, promote safety culture, manage contractor/vendor activities, oversee training and personnel development, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. High-Value: focus on equipment maintenance within GMP/USDA-regulated animal health production, including facilities handling poultry, pigs, ruminants, and companion animals; experience with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation systems; familiarity with CMMS; certifications like CMRP or trade-specific credentials are advantageous. Work Setup: on-site at Lenexa, KS; occasional site visits across campus; no travel required.
