Role: Maintenance Engineer responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. Primary objectives include ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supporting GMP compliance. Responsibilities: manage and execute maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment such as tablet presses, coaters, mixers, and packaging machinery; lead installation, qualification, and validation efforts; perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement CAPA; collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and EHS teams; oversee documentation and manage vendors and spare parts inventory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or related field; minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing engineering roles. Preferred: Master's degree. Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems; experience with GMP, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and regulatory compliance.
