Role: Utilities Operator III responsible for the safe, reliable operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical GMP utility systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, WFI, HVAC, and process waste. Responsibilities: operate, document, and respond to alarms; perform preventative and corrective maintenance; support system upgrades and shutdowns; ensure GMP compliance; and participate in safety initiatives. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of industrial utility operations experience preferred, ideally in regulated pharma or biotech environments; technical knowledge of boiler operation, water systems, HVAC, electrical controls, piping, and automation platforms (PLC/HMI, Maximo). Certifications such as boiler certification, confined space, and respiratory protection are preferred. High-value specifics include experience with GMP compliance, pharmaceutical water systems, clean steam, and utility controls. Work in Tampa, FL, on a rotating night shift (6:00 pm – 6:00 am), with potential for extended shifts and safety/maintenance activities. Collaboration involves cross-functional teams within manufacturing, maintenance, quality, engineering, and contractors, with documentation and compliance responsibilities.
