Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot utility equipment, respond to alarms, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, support facility projects, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards. Requires maintaining GMP documentation, supporting audits, and working safely in regulated environments. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred technical training or trades; at least 5 years of experience in industrial utility operations, preferably in pharma, biotech, or medical device sectors. Technical skills include boiler operation, water systems, HVAC, electrical controls, PLC/HMI platforms, and piping. Certifications such as boiler license and confined space entry are preferred. High-value specifics include work supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing in Tampa, FL, with exposure to GMP, cleanroom environments, and utility systems critical to drug production. Position involves shift work on rotating night shifts and may require working in confined or industrial environments. Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo), control systems, and office tools is expected, along with safety certifications.
