Maintenance and Automation Night Shift Supervisor

Role: Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor overseeing night-shift maintenance and automation in a biopharma parenteral manufacturing facility. Main objectives: ensure safety, quality compliance (cGMP), and operational efficiency of production equipment. Responsibilities include managing staffing and daily operations across shifts, driving maintenance excellence through training, KPI monitoring, and aligning with production needs; investigating deviations; leading incident reporting and corrective actions. Required qualifications: minimum five years of supervisory experience in GMP manufacturing or related fields; knowledge of parenteral, packaging, or device assembly operations; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; familiarity with CMMS, PLC, HMI, electrical systems. Preferred skills: experience with formulation, filling, device assembly, or packaging equipment; ability to work in a 24/7 environment, respond to emergencies, and work overtime during peak periods.
