M&A Integration Lead (Research & Development)

Role: IR Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Integration Lead within AbbVie's Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team, responsible for planning and executing cross-functional R&D deal integrations and divestitures to support strategic growth in immunology, oncology, and neuroscience. Responsibilities: lead multiple company-wide and R&D deal programs, establish and oversee integrated cross-functional teams, manage relationships with BTOs, R&D, and Finance, define business solutions based on deal scope, and ensure effective communication and risk management. Drive continuous process improvements using AI and digital tools, and ensure compliance with policies. Qualifications: bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years (master's with 6+ years, PhD with 2+ years) in managing business applications, large-scale IT implementations, and M&A projects. Skills include project management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and familiarity with R&D applications like Veeva, LIMS, ELN, CTMS, and scientific data platforms.
