Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Fort Worth, TX)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
- Analyze to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant Society meetings where key decision makers will be in attendance.
- Maintain working knowledge and established relationships within the long-term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Demonstrated career success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
Skills/abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments; proficiency with technology.
- Travel as required (including overnight and/or weekend).
- Valid US driverβs license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Must live within the geography of the territory.
Compensation/benefits (if eligible/mentioned):
- Annual starting salary: $88,000β$160,000.
- Eligible for company sales incentive plan based on sales targets.
