Logistics Supervisor

Role: Logistics Supervisor overseeing daily client sample pick-up operations in Chantilly, VA, with a focus on route management, compliance, and team supervision. Responsibilities: monitor and ensure timely specimen pickups/deliveries using Roadnet system, support dispatch and client issue resolution, supervise staff, conduct route audits, and perform administrative tasks including payroll and employee evaluations. Requirements: high school diploma; preferred associates degree with 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in clinical laboratory logistics; supervisory or leadership background required. HighValue: laboratory sample logistics, route oversight, team management, compliance with safety and fleet policies, physical capability to lift 100 lbs., valid driver’s license, and familiarity with lab operations. WorkSetup: evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm), Monday–Friday, based in Chantilly, VA, with a flexible schedule.
