Logistics Representative 1

Responsibilities:
- Timely, accurate, fast-paced picking of customer orders to ensure correct item, lot number, and quantity.
- Prepare orders for shipment (accurately check cartons; pack materials into boxes/containers/pallets with appropriate protection).
- Consistently follow SOPs and standards of care.
- Participate in Safety Team and EHS programs.
- Perform inventory counts per established schedules.
- Pick cold-chain orders in a refrigerated environment (36°F–46°F).
- Use logistics systems (e.g., Transportation Management System, RCS, Voice Technology, Warehouse Management System).
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas for safety.
- Assist team members to balance workload and maintain productivity.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) daily.
- Perform stock/module replenishments.
- Unload sorter lane and verify shipment mode is correct for assigned pallet.

Technical Skills/Requirements:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Knowledge of Hazardous Materials packing/shipping requirements.
- Maintain consistent, reliable attendance; willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in warm and refrigerated environments.
- Demonstrate hard work, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.
- Forklift training/certification strongly desired.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of warehousing/manufacturing experience (order assembly, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory maintenance, picking/verification).

Physical Requirements:
- Indoor industrial setting (coolest 36°F–46°F).
- Routine lifting up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 80 lbs; access all facility areas.
- Wear required PPE (ear plugs, safety shoes, safety glasses, protective clothing/headwear).

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, first shift; occasional overtime required.
