Role Summary

Logistics Process Manager (Cost to Serve) at GSK, focusing on freight audit and settlement processes within Global Logistics. Responsible for designing, implementing, and continually improving Cost to Serve processes, driving data-driven decision making and standardization across the network.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Freight Settlement process; providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and implement best-in-class processes for Cost to Serve.
  • Own the analytics requirements and tools to support visibility and analysis of freight spend.
  • Lead and support change requests aimed at standardising invoicing processes across GSK network.
  • Own the master data process requirements for effective freight audit and settlement and work with relevant teams to govern the same.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise Cost to Serve processes through the change request governance process.
  • Support audit readiness and contribute to the resolution of any findings related to Cost to Serve processes.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and process excellence within the logistics function.

Qualifications

  • Required: Relevant degree (e.g.; Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Finance) or strong relevant supply-chain and logistics experience.
  • Required: Understanding of governance and compliance (ideally obtained from a highly-regulated environment).
  • Required: Strong data-analysis skills (e.g.; Power BI or similar data visualisation / reporting tools).
  • Preferred: Knowledge / experience of GMP would be highly advantageous.
