Logistics Coordinator - West Coast

Role: Logistics Coordinator supporting international shipment operations for radiopharmaceutical products at Telix Pharmaceuticals, focusing on timely and accurate transportation of materials for late-stage clinical products in oncology and rare diseases. Responsibilities: prepare shipping documentation, track shipments, coordinate with carriers and customs, audit invoices, and troubleshoot logistics issues, including hazardous materials handling. Requirements: High school diploma; 1+ year in logistics, warehouse, or transportation; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred: associate’s or bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; ERP/WMS experience; familiarity with shipping processes and courier services. High-Value: support of radiopharmaceutical logistics, international shipment oversight, compliance with hazardous materials regulations, and coordination across manufacturing and distribution teams. WorkSetup: hybrid or remote, with a preference for West Coast-based candidates.
