Role: Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing the end-to-end shipment process of patient and manufacturing materials within cell and gene therapy supply chains. Objectives include ensuring timely, compliant, and temperature-controlled transportation of leukapheresis, starting materials, intermediates, and finished products for autologous therapies. Responsibilities encompass booking domestic and international shipments, monitoring transit status, troubleshooting delays or temperature excursions, and maintaining documentation in compliance with GxP, GDP, GMP, IATA, and DOT standards. The role also involves stakeholder communication, including treatment centers, manufacturing sites, couriers, and internal teams, along with participating in process improvements and regulatory adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, logistics, or related field; 3+ years in healthcare, biopharma, or clinical trial logistics, preferably in cell/gene therapies. Technical skills include experience with transportation management systems, international shipping, customs documentation, and temperature-controlled logistics. Preferred experience in cryogenic transportation, chain of custody/identity protocols, and knowledge of applicable regulations. Key competencies: attention to detail, customer focus, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
