Logistics Coordinator 2

Role: Logistics Coordinator supporting global clinical trial operations, managing shipments, inventory, and compliance for biopharma studies. Responsibilities: coordinate domestic and international shipments of biological samples, ensure accurate documentation, monitor inventory levels, troubleshoot logistics issues, and collaborate with clinical sites, couriers, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain compliance with IATA, DOT, FDA, USDA regulations, and support quality investigations and process improvements. Requirements: High School diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred); minimum 2 years in clinical trial logistics or related industry; expertise in shipping biological samples, inventory management, and regulated materials; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills. Desirable: experience with international import/export, customs documentation, and global R&D logistics. Location: Carlsbad, CA; on-site; limited rare Saturdays; no relocation support. Salary: $57,800–$107,300, with performance incentives and benefits.
