Logistics Analyst

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain and logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role uses data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement to support transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution, with reporting analytics and presentations.

Essential Functions:
- Analyze and maintain reporting for logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Work with the Finance team to support Logistics and Warehouse departments in analysis, budget formulation, and cost-efficiency reporting
- Monitor transportation performance and shipping costs
- Support inventory management and meet storage requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements
- Manage, audit, and analyze supply orders to ensure efficient ordering and identify value choices for future vendors

Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School or GED — Required
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field — Preferred
- Experience:
- 2+ years of analytical experience — Required
