Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and execute AbbVie programs supporting treatment delivery for infused Gastroenterology offerings.
- Prospect and establish business-to-business relationships with local Sites of Care (SOC); develop and execute local account/partner business plans with SOC strategy development, execution, and measurement.
- Maximize SOC opportunities per product labeling, strategic imperatives, and company policies.
- Execute defined MBOs.
- Provide therapy/infusion procedure overview to assigned SOC customers/partners; coordinate with Medical Affairs as needed.
- Identify gaps in SOC networks and develop plans to expand SOC options.
- Pull through national partnership contracts locally; develop business cases and manage execution/results (if applicable).
- Provide access-related education (incl. coding/billing) and conduct quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
- Serve as lead contact with sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions for assigned SOC customers/partners.
- Evaluate/develop/monitor/measure partnerships and business plans to align with objectives (profit, growth, value).
- Develop and grow relationships within accounts; deliver business presentations/reviews.

Qualifications & skills:
- 4+ years pharma/medical industry experience.
- 2+ years market access/SOC experience and reimbursement (commercial & government payers; billing/coding) with infused products.
- Experience identifying/activating SOCs in infusion service areas (e.g., infusion providers, buy-and-bill physician practices).
- Independent decision-making; integrity; understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments.
- Strong planning/organizational skills, cross-functional ability, urgency, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication.
- Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screening; travel 70–75%.
