Position Summary
- Liquid Product Manager supporting all stages of liquid product development and commercialization to drive adoption of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings, focused on clinical liquid offerings in the Liquid Oncology Market.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap for an assigned geography from concept through commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams from development and launch to widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and ensure achievement of growth objectives.
- Identify, build, and execute strategies tailored to customer and company needs.
- Collaborate across business units to execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies.
- Provide consultative/advisory support to client partners on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other business customers; support hospital and laboratory professionals.
- Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for the assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Liquid Product Market.
- Maintain core knowledge of competitive products/services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing issues.
- Provide post-sales service to accounts and pursue additional business opportunities.
- Maintain assigned company assets (e.g., laptop, PDA).
- Submit administrative deliverables (weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM and other weekly tasks).
- Meet assigned targets and goals; provide meeting and trade show support as required.
- Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product Platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited university.
- 5โ7 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Internet for business use.
- Valid driverโs license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly (local/day trips) to meet clients and prospects.
- 75% of time in the field meeting with clients and prospects.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5โ7+ years of successful sales diagnostic sales experience (product and service).
