Position Summary
As part of the team, the Liquid Product Manager supports all stages of liquid product development and commercialization, driving high adoption and delivery of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap for an assigned geography from concept to commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams through development, launch, and widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and ensure achievement of growth objectives.
- Identify, collaborate, and build strategies tailored to specific customer and company needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market strategies across business units for products and services.
- Serve as a consultative/advisory partner to clients on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other relevant business customers.
- Provide business solutions to hospital and laboratory professionals.
- Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for the assigned geography.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Liquid Product market clients.
- Maintain core knowledge of competitive products/services/technology solutions and reimbursement/billing issues in the Liquid oncology market.
- Provide post-sales service to accounts to discover and pursue additional business.
- Maintain assigned company assets (e.g., laptop, PDA).
- Submit administrative tasks timely (weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM, and other weekly tasks requested by VP).
- Demonstrate core knowledge of technology solutions and competitive strategies.
- Meet assigned targets and goals; support meetings and trade shows as required.
- Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid product platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (accredited university).
- 5โ7 years sales experience in molecular diagnostics or related industry (liquid biopsy sales preferred).
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; general Internet use.
- Valid driverโs license; clean driving record; reliable vehicle and automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
- Willingness to travel regularly (75% of time in the field meeting clients/prospects).
- Pre-employment process: criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5โ7+ years successful diagnostic sales experience (product and service).
