Position Summary
Liquid Product Manager supporting liquid product development and commercialization to ensure high adoption and delivery of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap by assigned geography from concept to commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams through development, launch, and widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives.
- Develop strategies tailored to specific customer and company needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end go-to-market execution.
- Consult/advice client partners on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other business customers; also to hospital and laboratory professionals.
- Analyze opportunities; develop strategic sales plans for assigned geography.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients in the Liquid Product Market.
- Maintain โcoreโ knowledge of competitive products/services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing issues in Liquid Oncology.
- Provide post-sales service and pursue additional business opportunities.
- Maintain assigned company assets; complete administrative tasks (weekly reports, business plans, expenses, CRM).
- Demonstrate core product/competitive strategy knowledge using training and materials.
- Meet assigned targets; provide meeting/trade show support as required.
- Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5โ7 years in molecular diagnostics or relevant industry.
- Strong oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology, and molecular laboratory science knowledge.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers/drug response (advantage).
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic Internet for business use.
- Valid driverโs license; reliable vehicle/insurance.
- Regular travel; 75% of time in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5โ7+ years successful diagnostic sales (product and service).
