Line Maintenance Technician – Packaging (Hopewell, NJ)

Role: Packaging Line Maintenance Technician providing primary engineering support for the packaging line in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: support installation, startup, and routine maintenance of packaging lines and utilities; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; develop and revise preventive maintenance and SOPs; coordinate with contractors and manage spare parts inventories; assist in maintaining facility infrastructure; support regulatory compliance and operational readiness. Requirements: high school diploma or higher; 5+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in packaging and production; strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of GMP practices; excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills.
