Lensmaker

Role: Contact lens manufacturing technician responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including manual and automated lathing and polishing machines, to produce contact lenses. Objectives: ensure high-quality production, maintain process traceability, and comply with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: operate equipment, record data, follow SOPs, coordinate with team, handle materials, and support process improvements. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED; basic computer skills; good hand-eye coordination; training provided; medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
