Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated environment. Report to the Assistant General Counsel, supporting departments including Market Access, Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline (e.g., payer strategy, trade & distribution, government pricing).

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial initiatives to advance company strategy while addressing legal risk and protecting integrity/reputation.
- Counsel on Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and Veterans Health Care Act requirements.
- Advise on market access/reimbursement; government pricing and price-reporting compliance.
- Review CMS final rules/correspondence; draft/submit letters and public comments.
- Advise on federal and state legislation affecting market access, pricing, reimbursement, and transparency.
- Counsel on contracting/services for specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies.
- Support data and special projects; brand strategic planning and business operation plans.
- Stay current on healthcare legislation/regulatory enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-kickback Statute and other US healthcare compliance laws.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues (commercial, pipeline, privacy); review select communication materials.
- Participate in Legal & Compliance projects/committees; share knowledge via presentations.

Qualifications / Skills
- JD (ABA accredited); state bar member.
- 8+ years post-JD legal experience in life sciences (law firm and/or in-house).
- Government price reporting experience.
- Experience with Medicaid/340B/Veterans programs; anti-kickback; state drug pricing transparency laws; OIG guidance/advisory opinions; False Claims Act; PhRMA Code.
- Strong communication (verbal/written), advanced contracting/redlining, analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills, and ability to manage outside counsel/budgets.
- Specialty medicines legal experience highly desired.

Pay / Location
- Pay range: $214,400–$321,600. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Remote-eligible (Remote/Hybrid/On-Site options).
