Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated environment, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel. Support Market Access (payer strategy, trade & distribution, government pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives while managing legal risk and protecting company integrity and reputation.
- Provide legal counsel on Medicaid, Medicare, 340B program, Veterans Health Care Act; market access and reimbursement; government pricing and price reporting compliance.
- Review and respond to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid final rules and related correspondence (letters, public comments).
- Advise on federal and state legislation impacting pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement, and state price reporting/transparency.
- Counsel on services and contracting for specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies; data and special projects.
- Stay current on healthcare legislation/regulations and enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, including the Anti-kickback Statute.
- Coordinate with legal colleagues (commercial, pipeline, privacy); review select Communication Review Committee materials.
- Support Legal & Compliance initiatives and share knowledge via presentations/discussions.

Qualifications & Skills
- JD (ABA accredited); member of a state bar.
- 8+ years post-JD in life sciences (law firm and/or in-house).
- Government price reporting experience.
- Experience with Medicaid/340B/Veterans, federal/state anti-kickback statutes, price transparency laws, OIG guidance/advisory opinions, False Claims Act, and PhRMA Code.
- Strong legal communication; advanced contracting/redlining; analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills; manage outside counsel/budget.
- Specialty medicines legal experience highly desired.

Work Mode
Remote-eligible (Remote: 5 days remote with occasional office; Hybrid: up to 2 days remote; On-site: 5 days on-site with flexibility).

Compensation
Pay range: $214,400–$321,600; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity; some roles may be eligible for overtime.
