Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated environment. Report to Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives, advancing company strategy while managing legal risk and protecting company integrity.
- Provide legal counsel on Medicaid/Medicare/340B/Veterans Health Care Act statutory and regulatory obligations; market access and reimbursement.
- Advise on government pricing, including price reporting compliance and reasonable assumptions documents.
- Advise on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid final rules, correspondence, letters, and public comments.
- Advise on proposed/enacted federal and state legislation affecting pricing, market access, reimbursement, and state drug price reporting/transparency.
- Advise on services and contracting for specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies.
- Support data/special projects, brand strategic planning, and business operation plans.
- Stay current on evolving healthcare legislation, regulations, and enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies (e.g., Anti-kickback Statute).
- Collaborate with legal colleagues (commercial, pipeline, privacy); review select materials in a Communication Review Committee.

Contribute to Legal & Compliance
- Participate in departmental initiatives/committees; share knowledge via presentations and discussions.

Qualifications & Skills
- JD from ABA-accredited law school; member of a state bar.
- 8+ years post-JD life sciences legal experience (firm and/or in-house), advising on market access/government pricing.
- Experience with government price reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant statutes/regulations/guidance (Medicaid, 340B, Veterans Administration, anti-kickback statutes, state transparency laws, OIG guidance/advisory opinions, False Claims Act, PhRMA Code).
- Strong written/verbal communication; advanced contracting/redlining; analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills; manage outside counsel and budgets.
- Specialty medicines experience highly desired.

Work Arrangement
Remote-eligible; options include Remote (most days remote), Hybrid, or On-Site.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable)
- Pay range: $214,400–$321,600; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
