Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated environment; report to the Assistant General Counsel. Support departments including Market Access, Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives, advancing company strategy while addressing legal risks.
- Provide legal counsel on Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and Veterans Health Care Act.
- Advise on market access/reimbursement, government pricing and price reporting compliance (including reasonable assumptions), and CMS final rules/correspondence (letters and public comments).
- Advise on proposed/enacted federal and state legislation affecting pricing, reimbursement, and state drug price reporting/transparency.
- Support services/contracting for specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies.
- Handle data and special projects; support brand strategic planning and business operation plans.
- Monitor evolving healthcare laws/regulations and enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, including Anti-kickback Statute and other US healthcare compliance laws.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues (commercial, pipeline, privacy) and review select Communication Review Committee materials.

Qualifications / Skills
- JD (ABA accredited); member of a state bar.
- 8+ years post-JD in life sciences legal work (law firm and/or in-house).
- Government price reporting experience.
- Experience advising on Medicaid/340B/Veterans, anti-kickback statutes, state pricing transparency, OIG guidance/advisory opinions, False Claims Act, and PhRMA Code.
- Strong communication (verbal/written), advanced contracting/redlining, analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills, ability to manage outside counsel and budgets.
- Specialty medicines experience highly desired.

Pay / Work Arrangement
- Pay range: $214,400–$321,600. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; overtime eligibility may apply.
- Remote-Eligible (Remote/Hybrid/On-Site options per Flex program).
