Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners on strategic and tactical projects in a highly regulated healthcare environment (reports to Assistant General Counsel). Support departments including Market Access (Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution, Government Pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives, advancing company strategy while managing legal risk and protecting integrity/reputation.
- Counsel on: Medicaid/Medicare/340B/Veterans Health Care Act obligations; market access and reimbursement; government pricing and price-reporting compliance; CMS final rules/correspondence and public comments; federal/state legislation impacting pricing, reimbursement, and drug transparency; contracting/services for specialty distributors and pharmacies; data/special projects; brand strategic planning and business operation plans; evolving healthcare legislation/enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, including Anti-kickback Statute and other healthcare compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues (commercial, pipeline, privacy); review select materials in Communication Review Committee.
- Participate in Legal & Compliance initiatives/committees; share knowledge via presentations/discussions.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- JD (ABA-accredited); member of a state bar.
- 8+ years post-JD life sciences legal experience (law firm and/or in-house).
- Government price reporting experience.
- Experience advising on market-access statutes/regulations/guidance: Medicaid, 340B, Veterans Administration, federal/state anti-kickback, state drug pricing transparency, OIG guidance/advisory opinions, False Claims Act, and PhRMA Code.
- Advanced contracting/redlining; strong communication to lawyers and non-lawyers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization; manage outside counsel/budget.
- Specialty medicines legal experience highly desired.

Compensation/Work Arrangement
- Pay range: $214,400–$321,600.
- Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Remote-eligible (Remote/Hybrid/On-Site options).
