Legal Operations Manager

Job Description
The Legal Operations Manager at Absci will support SEC, Nasdaq, securities, and corporate governance matters, as well as commercial and strategic transactions.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and managing contracts (NDAs, consulting agreements, SOWs, SRAs, MSAs, MTAs)
- Assisting with board minutes and SEC filings (8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, Section 16)
- Coordinating board meetings
- Managing corporate entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 8 years of paralegal experience focused on corporate governance and securities
