Job Title: Change Management Lead (Associate Director)

Responsibilities (How you will contribute):
- Lead enterprise change management across Global Legal, Ethics & Compliance, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Drive adoption and sustained use of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the Function.
- Develop and maintain enterprise change management standards.
- Lead change strategy for major initiatives (technology, process, and operating model changes).
- Define change vision, objectives, and success measures for key initiatives (e.g., CLM rollout, matter management, eBilling, knowledge management, playbooks, intake, case/workflow management, reporting enhancements).
- Build an integrated change roadmap across multiple initiatives.
- Establish the case for change (risk reduction, cycle-time, cost control, consistency, better stakeholder experience).
- Manage Function-wide communications (town halls, newsletters, leadership messaging) and create communication programs (newsletters, annual reports, GC leadership communications, team all-hands).
- Build stakeholder alignment, coach senior Function leaders, and monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and sentiment.
- Partner with L&D to integrate training and with PMO to embed adoption into delivery plans.
- Embed accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- 8+ years leading change in corporate process, technology, or organizational transformations.
- Hands-on experience with change for CLM, case/workflow/risk management, AI technologies, eBilling, eDiscovery, knowledge management, and intake portals (or comparable platforms).
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills; handle resistance in high-pressure, high-autonomy cultures.
- Executive-ready writing and live presentation skills.
- Define adoption KPIs tied to outcomes (cycle time, compliance, cost, data quality) and use system analytics, surveys, and qualitative feedback.
- Strong project/program management fundamentals (planning, RAID logs, dependency tracking).
- Ability to run multiple workstreams and coordinate with PMs, project owners, or DD&T partners.
