Lean Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Co-op - Fall

Role: Lean Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Co-Op focused on learning and applying Lean tools to improve safety and efficiency in anesthesia production and test assembly processes. Responsibilities: support daily management, problem solving, and kaizen events; develop process improvements in work sequencing, inventory, material handling, and training; teach Lean methodologies such as 5S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Error-Proofing. Requirements: enrolled in an accredited college, preferably pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management; strong communication, initiative, and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include prior manufacturing or shop floor internship or co-op experience, analytical ability, leadership, organizational skills, and creative problem solving.
