Leading Data-Driven Lab for AI Medicines

Role: Senior scientific leader in high-throughput and translational biology to advance AI-designed drug development at Inceptive. Responsibilities: lead development and scaling of multiplexed assays across in vitro, cellular, and in vivo systems; define lab strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities; manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team; oversee validation assays to ensure data relevance for therapeutic applications; foster an antedisciplinary culture promoting collaboration and rigor. Requirements: PhD with 6+ years post-PhD experience in industrial drug research; proven leadership managing 10+ scientists; expertise in high-throughput/multiplexed assays with mammalian cells; strong molecular and cellular biology background; skills in data analysis, visualization, and statistics; ability to collaborate across US and Europe; willingness to work onsite and travel periodically. Preferred: experience with mRNA, oligonucleotides, immunology, cell therapy, RNA biochemistry; proficiency in Python and modern data workflows.
