Role: Senior leader in high-throughput and translational biology for AI-driven drug discovery, focusing on assay development and validation to support therapeutic design. Responsibilities: lead scaling of multiplexed in vitro, cellular, and in vivo assays; define lab strategy aligned with platform priorities; foster an antedisciplinary culture; manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team; oversee development of validation assays for AI model integration. Requirements: PhD with 6+ years post-PhD industrial research experience in drug development; proven leadership managing a team of 10+ scientists; expertise in high-throughput assays, molecular and cellular biology; strong data analysis skills; ability to work across US and Europe, with early morning meetings and some travel.
