      Role Summary
 Lead Warehouse Operator at Lebanon API - responsible for supporting the LP1 Warehouse operations at the Lebanon, IN API manufacturing site, directing material handling tasks, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Ensure personal and team adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
 
  - Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance in all warehouse areas.
 
  - Provide coaching and direction for employees in areas of responsibility.
 
  - Assign daily and weekly work schedules to Warehouse Operators; lead in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
 
  - Inspect area for health and safety issues; assist in reviewing, updating, and creating procedures.
 
  - Participate in deviation investigations affecting the area of responsibility.
 
  - Safely operate docks and ramps to load/unload containers or conveyances; operate powered industrial equipment safely.
 
  - Collaborate with supervision and safety representatives to implement countermeasures from safety investigations or projects.
 
  - Receive/inspect inbound materials using SAP/MES; sample materials and deliver samples to labs as required.
 
  - Put-away materials in appropriate locations; maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/WMS.
 
  - Dispense materials in line with manufacturing schedules; package and label materials per regulations and requirements.
 
  - Kit consumables for manufacturing operations.
 
  - Participate in warehouse quality, safety, and air cargo security audit readiness; label generation for materials.
 
  - Pick and prepare materials to meet manufacturing and shipping schedules; ensure shipping compliance.
 
  - Support other warehouse operators and functions as assigned; align activities to meet team metrics.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
 
  - Required: 3 to 5 yearsβΓΓ΄ experience in Pharmaceutical/GMP environments.
 
  - Required: Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English.
 
  - Required: Current certification operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, swing-reach trucks).
 
  - Preferred: Experience with RF scanners and computer systems (e.g., SAP, MES).
 
  - Preferred: Experience handling hazardous materials; ability to learn new digital systems; ability to lead and train others.

  - Attention to detail; safe and efficient work practices.
 
  - Proficiency with SAP/MES systems and familiarity with WMS.
 
  - Ability to work in a regulated environment and manage multiple tasks.

 Additional Requirements
 
  - Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; may work in refrigerated or frozen areas; respirator use as required.
 
  - Possibility of 5-day or shift-based work; may require non-scheduled call-in time for emergencies.
 
  - May involve short-term assignments domestically or internationally.
 
  - Position located in Lebanon, Indiana.
