Lead, Value Stream

Role: Value Stream Lead (VSL) overseeing Specialty Formulation or Packaging departments, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance within their node. Objectives include driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, optimizing scheduling, root cause analysis, downtime mitigation, and OEE performance, while supporting new product launches and process improvements. Responsibilities encompass leading health check meetings, empowering production teams, developing strategies for NPIs, contributing to cost standard processes, managing change controls and CAPAs, and participating in risk assessments for human error, extraneous matter, and line clearance failures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, with at least five years of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging. Skills include strong communication, organizational, and conflict management abilities. Preferred: experience in biopharma manufacturing environments, and familiarity with process automation and Industry 4.0.
