Lead Test Framework Architect (M/F/D)

Role: Lead Test Framework Architect specializing in AI integration for software quality engineering within a Kubernetes-based platform. Objectives: develop AI-native test frameworks, govern AI-assisted testing in regulated environments, and enable scalable adoption across product teams. Responsibilities: design workflows for automated test generation and evaluation, embed AI features into validation processes with compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, IEC 62304), establish platform-wide test architecture standards, and report on impact metrics including AI-specific KPIs. Qualifications: 10+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in test or quality architecture; hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), Kubernetes, multi-level automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, contract testing, and testability-driven architecture. Preferred: experience with AI/ML validation, regulated software standards, observability tools, load testing, infrastructure-as-code, and insights into scientific instrument or diagnostics software. Collaboration involves cross-functional engagement with development, QA, and regulatory teams. Work setup: full-time, with 25% travel, day shifts; location flexible depending on organization needs.
