Purpose: Lead technical product management for AI, Data & Insights, delivering scalable AI/GenAI solutions that transform commercial pharma operations; accountable for technical delivery and value realization.
You will be responsible for:
- Product Management: Define/communicate AI/GenAI analytics product vision; prioritize GenAI features; define business value/ROI and TCO; drive adoption/retention/customer satisfaction.
- Market Research Platform ownership: strategy, design, vendor/integration, data ingestion (syndicated/panel), and analytics enablement for accurate, accessible market insights.
- Solutioning & Delivery: Act as Technical Product Owner; architect/implement GenAI on AWS/Azure (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Azure ML); collaborate to build/deploy LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows.
- Define product standards (design, dev, release, testing/validation, compliance); manage roadmap/backlog; lead project plans; partner on demand planning/delivery/support; perform data discovery and synthesize business rules; support UAT; lead delivery of Commercial Data & Insights for Sales/Marketing/Analytics/Market Access.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT/IS/statistics/data science or related.
- 3+ years designing/implementing data & insights.
- Production exposure to LLMs, AI agents, GenAI.
- Data management/modeling, large data lake platforms, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI); prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation metrics.
- Strong communication with senior leaders; business + technical problem-solution experience; critical thinking; delivery track record.
Preferred:
- Python, ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain), cloud-native AI; pharma/life sciences experience; market research/syndicated data; agile/SDLC, risk/security, JIRA; AWS/Azure hands-on.
