Lead, Technology Product Management – AI, Data & Insights (Data & Insights Product Group)

You Will Be Responsible For
Product Management
- Define and communicate product vision for AI/GenAI-enabled analytics platforms; prioritize GenAI features to enhance commercial decision-making.
- Define and communicate product vision/strategy with key partners; build/prioritize product features backlog aligned to business strategy.
- Define business value, measure ROI and business outcomes; own and manage total cost of ownership (including vendor/services spend) across the product lifecycle.
- Drive and measure adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction for Data Analytics products.
- Coach business and technical product owners on product management standard methodologies.

Solutioning & Delivery
- Serve as Technical Product Owner with hands-on involvement building AI/GenAI solutions.
- Architect and implement GenAI capabilities using AWS/Azure (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Azure ML).
- Collaborate with data scientists/engineers to build and deploy LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Lead development of reusable AI components and pipelines for commercial analytics use cases.
- Define product standards (design/features, dev/release processes, testing/validation, compliance).
- Lead analytics capabilities roadmap aligned to business/BTL prioritization.
- Develop and lead project plans; manage project management activities.
- Own application support via Service Level Management with Application Service teams.
- Use Agile to translate business needs into user stories, prioritize backlog, and define sprint plans.
- Partner on demand planning, effort, timing, delivery, and support.
- Perform source data analysis and data discovery to synthesize business rules for data acquisition and information creation.
- Ensure business engagement and completion of user acceptance testing.
- Deliver Commercial Data & Insights solutions (Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Medical) and drive adoption.
- Measure capability improvements against demand volume/complexity and value streams; ensure product health and technical quality via metrics.
- Manage product lifecycle including upgrade/decommission strategy.

People & Organizational Leadership
- Cultivate collaborative, inclusive, credo-based teams; model credo values; support talent development.
- Network and orchestrate across technology and business customers; demonstrate relationship building and people leadership.
- Lead multiple cross-functional self-organized teams; introduce bold ideas; apply strong problem-solving and judgment.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Statistics/Data Science or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years data & insights technology product development.
- Proven production deployment of LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI applications.
- Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and cloud-native AI services.
- Strong prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics knowledge.
- Experience integrating GenAI into business workflows with measurable impact.
- 2+ years leading mid-large data & insights product teams.
- 2+ years designing/implementing data engineering and data science solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and process focus.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal and strategic/authoritative partner communication.
- Record of delivering projects efficiently with ambitious timelines.
- Experience crafting technical solutions for business problems.
- Expertise in data management/modeling, large data lake platforms, and BI (Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred
- Pharmaceutical/life sciences/healthcare industry experience.
- Knowledge of commercial pharma processes (field alignment, call planning, sales reporting, Medical Affairs, patient data).
- Experience with diverse pharma data (e.g., Patient Access Services, syndicated sales/marketing, CRM, digital, lab, hub, claims, specialty pharmacy).
- Agile development; SDLC; risk management (info security); JIRA.
- Hands-on cloud technologies; AWS or Azure; CI/CD and DevOps for data science/data engineering.

Other
- Primary location: Titusville, NJ; up to 10% travel to Raritan, New Brunswick (NJ), and Horsham (PA).
