Lead Technician, Maintenance

Role: Lead Maintenance Technician supporting facility infrastructure, utilities, and GMP manufacturing equipment at Denali's Salt Lake City site. Responsibilities: perform inspections, monitor BMS, execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and automation issues; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; document deviations, CAPAs, and maintenance activities; support ongoing compliance and operational readiness. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 10+ years facilities experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building trades; 3+ years in GMP/pharma/biotech manufacturing; proficiency in troubleshooting systems, CMMS (preferably BMRAM); ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Bachelor's in Engineering or technical certifications. High-Value: GMP environment, utilities, HVAC systems, automation troubleshooting, documented CAPA process, cross-functional collaboration, on-call support. Work setup: shift work with shared on-call rotation; location: onsite Salt Lake City.
