Lead, Technical Transfer

Role: Lead technical transfer activities to support manufacturing readiness for GMP production of RNAi-based therapeutics, ensuring seamless process transfer from development to manufacturing. Responsibilities: develop and maintain GMP batch records, methods, and SOPs; facilitate cross-functional coordination for process transfer; manage project timelines and milestones; lead deviation investigations and implement corrective actions; assist with laboratory work as needed. Requirements: BS/BA in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry; minimum 3 years GMP experience, with at least 1 year in technical writing or transfer; proficient with controlled documentation, CAPA investigations, project management, and Microsoft Office; high attention to detail and multitasking ability. Preferred: 5+ years GMP experience and 3+ years in technical transfer.
