Role: Lead Supplier Quality & Development for GE HealthCare's Molecular Imaging & Computed Tomography segment, focusing on supplier selection, development, and monitoring to ensure quality and compliance. Responsibilities: implement strategies supporting NPI, product transfers, and quality improvements; lead cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management; guide and coach Supplier Quality Engineers; manage complex supplier issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions; drive supplier performance metrics like DPPM and SCAR; embed Lean/Heartbeat principles, standardize processes, and leverage data analytics for risk management and continuous improvement; ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or technical discipline; 5+ years in Supplier Quality, Engineering, or related fields; strong influence and cross-functional leadership skills; proficient in data analytics tools and problem-solving methodologies; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred: deep expertise in supplier qualification, CAPA, NPI, Lean/Heartbeat systems, and experience with electronics or fabrication technologies. High-value: focus on supplier quality in medical imaging or diagnostic devices, supporting regulated environment with emphasis on continuous improvement, digital tools, and operational excellence.
