Lead Specialist Production Training
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Manufacturing/Packaging training process at the site.
- Lead all Operational training initiatives at the site.
- Support lean initiatives at the site as they relate to Manufacturing/Packaging training.
- Audit training documentation to ensure compliance with job performance vs. qualifications.
- Monitor on-the-job training efforts to ensure alignment with training plans.
- Support frontline supervision in the development, coordination, execution, and follow-through of new employee training.
- Assess training needs throughout Manufacturing/Packaging and address identified gaps.
- Maintain an Operator Capability Matrix for all Manufacturing/Packaging employees.
- Author and deliver technical training.
- Assist in the development of training modules for current and new processes/equipment.
- Represent the Manufacturing/Packaging training team during regulatory body inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Training Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes/production environments; adult learning theories; competency-based training processes; select parts of GMP/Compliance regulations as they relate to training requirements.
- Leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, creative thinking, communication, writing, time management, organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of MyUniversity, Percipio, WorkDay, and Documentum preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $66,000 - $127,000.
