Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Eli Lilly Manufacturing and Quality safety policies/procedures; help maintain a safe work environment.
- Fabricate product presentation test sets (inspection defect kits) according to instructions and schedule.
- Follow standard operating procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety policies/procedures.

Basic Requirements:
- 2-year degree OR 4 years Pharmaceutical Industry work experience in Laboratory, Science, Engineering, or Visual Inspection.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor or support work authorization/visas (e.g., F-1 CPT/OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Manufacturing environment experience; GMP experience.
- Strong attention to detail; technical detail/hand dexterity for small particles/defects.
- Basic math and computer skills for monitoring equipment and documenting.
- Excellent documentation; teamwork.
- Pass post-offer physical exam; eye exam; not color blind; able to pass inspection qualifications.
- Fabrication experience (e.g., assembly, lab work, 3D printing, laser, microscope) and autonomous, quality/timely execution.
- Inspection experience (manual/automated/semi-automated).
- Day shift (Mon–Fri); willingness for overtime/weekends/off shifts.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Anticipated wage: $28.84–$46.54; possible company bonus.
