Responsibilities include managing parts receipt against purchase orders, orchestrating on-site delivery, coordinating returns for rebuild/repair, performing inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate data entry in GMARS. Stakeholder interaction spans vendor management, procurement, and internal teams to optimize critical spare parts inventory and storage organization. Requirements: High School diploma, valid driver’s license, minimum five years of industrial MRO coordination or planning experience, GMP manufacturing experience, and CMMS proficiency. Additional preferences include forklift certification, strong communication skills, autonomous work ability, problem-solving, and computer literacy. High-value specifics: supports a 24/7 GMP manufacturing environment at a new facility in Lebanon, IN, with responsibilities supporting continuous operations, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency. Location: initial support at Indianapolis or Carmel, transitioning to permanent role at the Foundry. Travel: minimal, primarily local within facility. The role demands physical ability to handle materials up to 50 lbs and work in a regulated GMP setting.
