Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years in .NET (including .NET Core, ASP.net, MVC, WCF), SQL Server, API/microservices (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed application development (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Preferred: Master's Degree, healthcare interoperability experience (HL7, FHIR), Labcorp familiarity. High-Value: Laboratory informatics, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), clinical workflows, Tier-3 support, Agile environment, reporting tools like SSRS, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
