Requirements: PhD or equivalent in psychology, behavioral science, or mental health; expertise in psychological safety, crisis management, and risk assessment; experience in evaluation frameworks, quality assurance, and AI evaluation tools. Preferred: background in annotation programs, automated evaluation, and collaboration with product/engineering teams.
