Job Duties

  • Write functional specs for the development and integration of new solutions, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure that requirements are fully met.
  • Work with business and/or technology partners to understand business needs, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, investigate solutions, and help with cost-benefit analysis, to ensure the best option is selected by the business.
  • Provide application support to analyze and tackle complex business issues, and work with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, write and prepare documentation, and participate in compliance activities for validated GxP systems.
  • Contribute to technology strategy and optimize application portfolio and operating costs to drive ongoing business value.
  • Lead solutions planning for delivery of software lifecycle upgrades and oversight of application support.
  • Prioritize system improvements, lead POC sessions, and manage change requests from design to implementation phase.

Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Lead Product Analyst-related occupation in Medical Device industry.

Anticipated Base Pay Range

$165,000 - $198,000/year

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companyโ€™s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companyโ€™s long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation โ€“120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington โ€“56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays โ€“13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave โ€“ 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Condolence Leave โ€“ 30 days for an immediate family member; 5 days for an extended family member
  • Caregiver Leave โ€“ 10 days

Co-Ops and Intern Positions
