Role Summary

Lead Prod Owner Procurement, based in New Brunswick, NJ. Set the vision for the pricing platform and lead multi-generation product strategies within the CBT Procurement domain. Enroll developers and testers in the product vision, own the overall quality of the platform, and drive continual performance improvements. Drive adoption and utilization of the product through configuration while minimizing customization. Collaborate with Plan/ERP to drive integrations between the SaaS platform and ERPs for pricing updates. Shape vendor product roadmaps for contracting solutions to align with Johnson & Johnson procurement and technology strategies. Ensure security and technical architectures align with the latest security policies and architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for the product and lead the execution of multi-generation product strategies within the platform.
• Enroll developers and testers in the product vision, take accountability for the overall quality of the platform, and ensure the teams continually improve performance.
• Implement strategies that improve the efficiency of the end-to-end price management workflow process and reduce cycle times for customers.
• Drive the adoption and utilization of the team’s product to its full potential through configuration while minimizing customization.
• Work effectively across the CBT Procurement domain to source raw materials, finished goods, and supplier information into the pricing platform.
• Collaborate effectively with the Plan/ERP product line to drive key integrations between the SaaS platform and ERPs for pricing updates.
• Shape vendor product roadmaps of contracting solutions to align with J&J procurement and technology strategies.
• Ensure that security and technical architectures align with overall business needs and the latest security policies and architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, or related field; 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Lead Prod Owner Procurement-related occupation.
