Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing start-up activities to bring equipment into service; become an expert in assigned area and educate team.
- Provide on-the-floor tactical leadership for production of API molecules with safety-first, quality-always mindset.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements; escalate adverse events.
- Operate processes/equipment per batch records, SOPs, and work instructions to meet production schedules.
- Lead day-to-day shift priorities; complete daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning per regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a safety culture leader; lead by example and promote accountability.
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting/process upsets; follow safety event reporting/documentation and spill/emergency response procedures.
- Ensure communication at shift passovers/huddles; ensure cGMP, hygiene, dress code, and housekeeping compliance.
- Partner with area management on Foundry strategy and future production needs; participate in audits, procedure coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Use required company-supplied PPE.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years directly applicable manufacturing experience; GMP and/or chemical processing strongly preferred.
- Authorization to work in the US full-time (company will not sponsor visas/work authorization).
Preferred Skills:
- Facility/area start-up experience.
- Pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing experience (including PSM-regulated or hazardous chemicals).
- FDA/cGMP knowledge; lean manufacturing; strong organization; troubleshooting/triage; technical communication and desktop computer skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: Lebanon, IN (initially Indianapolis, IN during pre-startup).
- Travel: ~5%; 12-hour rotating shift; may require nights/weekends/holidays.

- Anticipated wage: $25.96β$38.08.
