Job Description
The Lead Operator provides line leadership in Parenteral Operations, Central Inspection. Responsible for daily operations, operator development, policy compliance, and resource scheduling per the production schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with safety and production procedures.
- Participates in planning of inspection operations, networking with areas to verify component and equipment availability.
- Assists in operator development and performance evaluations.
- Serves as a technical leader, setting an example through knowledge of procedures and compliance with quality systems.
- Assists in equipment setup and inspection of pharmaceutical vials/cartridges, following GMP in controlled facilities.
